"If you are looking for a beautiful Victorian 2 bedroom house, bursting with character and original features, your search could well be over. When I first walked into the hallway, instantly I could tell the current owner had put so much time, love and money into creating a property within keeping of its age.
The property has 2 double bedrooms and 2 separate reception rooms, all with original cast iron fireplaces. The owner has refurbished and decorated the property throughout and double glazed all the sash windows in wood to keep with the character. A new boiler was installed about 2 years ago and the new bathroom and kitchen both have under floor heating. The kitchen has been hand-made, making it unique, with a clever design including the slim line ceramic hob within ample storage. The low maintenance garden is not overlooked making it ideal for those summer barbecues we all love.
The property is situated in the ever so popular lower slopes of Windmill Hill area, in a cul-de-sac overlooking the green to the front, and is a stone throw away from the town centre, ideal for the local shops, restaurants and amenities.
For commuters, the high speed service from Gravesend station gets into London within 23 minutes, allowing you more social time with the family.

What the Owner says:

It was a joy for me to find a property in the conservation area, just outside the town, within easy walking distance of the station and away from the hustle and bustle of town living.

I have updated the house in the last 3 years with a new bespoke kitchen and bathroom, always conscious of the style and age of the property, including scouring reclamation yards for a replacement fireplace. The kitchen and bathroom now have under floor heating which is extremely welcoming in the cold winter months.
