Well presented and spacious 2 bed end terrace in Rainham Kent. The property benefits from a large living and dining area and kitchen to the ground floor and two good sized bedrooms and bathroom to the 1st floor.

The ground floor living and dining area is floored with real wood flooring, as is the kitchen and there is also access to the good sized cellar. The wood burning stove is easily capable of heating the whole house which can minimise bills and creates a nice cosy environment for inhabitants and guests alike.

The kitchen leads off of this area and has access to the rear of the property. The kitchen features an electric stove, and plumbing for washing machine, and space for fridge freezer. The gas combi boiler is also fitted in the corner providing on demand hot water and gas central heating.

Upstairs the main bedroom is a very comfortable double room with westerly facing window. The second bedroom is easterly facing and would make a sizeable single room or smaller double room. The bathroom features a bath, separate electric shower, basin and toilet, again easterly facing.
