I have owned this property for the last 7 years and have enjoyed raising my family here in that time. I have made many cosmetic changes to the property including refitting the bathroom and downstairs cloakroom, refitting new flooring and carpets throughout and redecorating to keep it to a neutral and modern style.

The cul-de-sac has always been a quiet and enjoyable place to live as we have fantastic neighbours as it is a very family orientated area and has been perfect for the childrens school and has given me easy access to the motorway connections for work.
