This particular property has been very well looked after and loved by the current owner over the last eight years and has recently undergone some transformations throughout such as modern and neutral decor and has recently benefited from a smart and fully fitted modern bathroom.

The downstairs space is great for young couples or even a growing family as it boasts a 21' lounge/diner which opens up to an attractive conservatory overlooking the rear garden.

What the Owner says:

I have owned the property for the last eight years and have loved and enjoyed living here in that time. One of the main reasons at the time for buying this property was because it was very close to local schools for my children and offered really good sized rooms and accommodation. The area has always been convenient and has easy access to local shops. One main refreshing and reassuring point was that I have always felt safe and secure as my neighbours always look out for each other and its going to be a real shame to move away from them. In the last three years I have completely decorated throughout the whole property, had a modern bathroom fitted and have also landscaped the garden.
