Sunnymead Avenue it self is an established residential tree lined road. Being only ¾ of a mile from the town centre, means you have the convenience of the high street and its good range of shops, main line railway station and Medway Park Sports Centre close at hand.

When I first saw the house I knew it was the one for me. I loved the location, its close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough out not to be right on top of things. The house itself is a good size and the garden, garage and off road parking have been a real bonus.

I have had to do very little to the house as it was in good condition when I bought it. I have added an extended conservatory area to the kitchen and redecorated.

Being on my own I now need something smaller and feel sure that a family will be as happy here as I have.
