When we purchased the house 10 years ago, we were immediately attracted to it because of its convenient location and access to shops, main line station and hospital. Having looked at numerous houses we found the size and lay out to be particularly attractive as it was far bigger than others that we had viewed and was a much better layout. Whilst living here we have particularly enjoyed the large lounge/diner as it is ideal for a family and offers versatility when entertaining. We have also improved the property greatly having re-fitted the kitchen and bathroom, carried out lots of re-decoration and added wood flooring to the ground floor, and we now feel our home is ready-to-move-into.
