"We feel this 1930's end of terraced property represents ideal accommodation for the family as it offers 3 bedrooms and modern upstairs bathroom.

The 'L' shaped lounge/diner provides a light and airy living area with versatility as to how you lay it out. The current owners have also carried out many improvements and we feel it now offers ready to move into accommodation , ideal for the average family.

It also benefits from a 70ft mature and well tended rear garden with an additional "secret garden" behind, being allotment land currently used as garden leased from the local authority.

As well as all these benefits it offers a double length garage which could be further utilised as additional hobby space, gym or other use as there is still a drive way providing parking to the front. In our opinion, making it an ideal property for the family and immediate viewing is highly recommended.

It is situated on the outskirts of Gillingham amongst similar properties yet is only approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre with a range of shops and main line railway station making it ideal for the commuter and shopoholic alike.

As soon as we walked through the front door some 15 years ago, the positive vibe we received made us sure this was the home for us. We found the rooms to be light and airy and particularly enjoyed our garden and the "secret garden" behind. As when we are outside we get the feeling of being out in the country. We have made many improvements, including re-fitted the kitchen, installing double glazing and central heating, re-fitting the bathroom and making the downstairs accommodation more open-plan. We have also built a block built workshop towards the end of the rear garden, to accommodate my wood working hobby, but this could also be used for a range of purposes.
