"If you are an investment buyer looking for a student let property, then you search may well be over. Situated less than 1/2 a mile from the university campus, even the laziest of students would be happy.

With accommodation laid out over three floors, the house offers far more space than would appear at first sight. There are 3 double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom, with 2 of the bedrooms being over 14ft. These should command a higher than average rent. With a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the lower ground floor, this along with the spacious living area would make an ideal student property.

If you are after a property that is ready to move into straight away, then again you have struck gold as the current owners have refurbished the house to a high standard.

All in all if there were ever a perfect property for student lets then this would come very close. It has all the attributes needed, being close to the university, large rooms and refurbished condition. So view now, buy and move the tenants in for the autumn term.

The house has been in the family for over 40 years, so it means a great deal to us. It has had many uses, including a family home and converted into flats and now we have refurbished it specifically to appeal to the student let investor or large family.

This is not just a quick make over to get it sold, we have spent many an hour over the last two years improving the house to a high standard. As well as a quality finish and quality fittings we have re-plastered, re-wired, replaced ceilings as we do not believe in cutting corners.

We are delighted at the finished result and know that anyone viewing will be impressed with the house.
