"A beautifully presented three double bedroom apartment on the east side of the third floor of The Grand. The Grand is a prestigious, period Grade 2 listed building on the Leas Promenade with direct sea views across the English Channel. The property is served by a lift and as it is still a magnificent suite hotel, has a fine dining restaurant, a bar and there are regular events held here. This apartment has wonderful sea views from the east side of the building and also across the attractive Turlingham Gardens.

The Leas is in the sought after west end area of Folkestone with lovely coastal walks and views, the town centre is also with level walking distance and there are 2 mainline train stations offering high speed services to London in less than 1 hour.

This apartment is extremely well presented and has been improved by the current owners who have re-fitted the kitchen, decorated throughout with quality materials that are contemporary but also in keeping with the period of the building. A new combination gas boiler was installed in 2010 and some radiators have been replaced with attractive, traditional-style cast iron radiators.
