"Would you like to live in a cracking 2 bedroom terraced home and walk in the front door to be greeted by a roaring open fire in the wintertime? Sit and enjoy with friends and family a meal cooked in the 25 X 8 kitchen/diner, which we add, has been refurbished with timber units and a bespoke oven. In the summer throw open the french door to the garden and let the cool air flow in, a great room for entertaining.
The bathroom alone will take some beating, it’s bigger than most bedrooms and again has been refurbished for personal enjoyment.
Both of the bedrooms have double glazing. In fact most of the home is.

The boiler was replaced at the beginning of 2003 and the double glazing we believe is still under warranty this being fitted around 2004. These are just a couple of things, along with the rewiring that our client have upgraded.
Just wander a few yards along the road and you can board the train at Folkestone West station with fast links to London taking under an hour. Jump in the car or walk down to the seafront, wander along Cheriton high street and enjoy the shops and have the convenience of having doctors, schools M20 motorway access and a bus route on your doorstep.

I have lived here for about 25 years but now I’m married, myself and my wife are now looking forward to choosing a home together, but I especially want a huge workshop for my hobby.
Other than this we would have no reason to move we love the atmosphere and cosiness of the home, and the fact we can hop on a train to london, with no worries about driving is great

At Christmas we love having friends and family to visit. The open fire is wonderful. Since we fitted a new kitchen we live most of the time there because it’s such a great place to cook and socialise. We will be sad to leave here knowing how much work we’ve done on the home but of course this can only benefit the new buyer.
