"LOCATION! LOCATION!
Well, this says it all. Located in the Crescent overlooking the bay with sea views and because of its raised elevation and 100ft garden which we understand from our client is south facing, it just makes the perfect family home. Our clients have extended the downstairs of the property so in addition to the study, 2 receptions and the extended kitchen/breakfast room, it also has a lovely garden room enjoying those wonderful views to the rear.
The home is double glazed throughout and has radiators in all rooms with the exception of the downstairs cloakroom. It's a great home for entertaining because the dining room and garden room lead from each other out to the sun terrace. Great for those summer barbecues.
Properties in the Crescent always sell for a premium because it is in to the school catchment, fast train links to London sea front and of course Folkestone town only a stone’s throw away. With the M20 motorway access nearby, this residential leafy crescent just has it all.
We believe the property was built in the 1930’s and our client has upgraded the home by way of the extension, Sharpes fitted wardrobes to the main bedroom, modern kitchen, bathroom and utility.

What the Owner says:

We have always dreamed of living in a house like this in Shorncliffe Crescent. When we realised our dream things only got better.

We enjoyed the family growing up and having the paddling pool in the garden. Ours was always the home friends and family wanted to come and visit which is part of the reason why we extended. We like nothing more than a summer’s evening having a barbecue, watching the sun set over the sea and then retiring to our garden room to relax. After roasting on a summer’s day we find the lounge room to the front of the house a nice cool retreat.

Sadly a job relocation forces the move.
