"A three bedroom house that has been thoughtfully refurbished to an extremely high standard and must be viewed to appreciate.

The property is situated in a row of terraced houses set back from the road in the popular area of Cheriton. Cheriton offers a range of local shops, amenities and schools as well as a large superstore and access to the M20 motorway. Folkestone town centre is within easy reach and provides a full range of shopping and other facilities.
Accommodation comprises a large entrance hallway with staircase leading to the first floor, a good size lounge/diner with windows to the front and rear, a re-fitted and well equipped kitchen/breakfast room with built-in oven, hob and extractor, tiled floor and plenty of room for a table, a rear lobby with a tiled floor and access to the rear garden and a door into a downstairs cloakroom/utility room with a wc and plumbing for a washing machine.
