" MARTIN&CO are happy to present this lovely One Bedroomed retirement apartment in the very popular Homepine House. Located in the centre of town and benefiting from being on the Clifton Gardens this property has some of the best reviews for retired clients. This apartment enjoys it‘s very own balcony so tenants can enjoy a cup of tea in the fresh sea air.

When opening the front door to this property you will enter the hallway that leads to all available rooms. There is a huge storage room in this hallway too with access to all electrical supplies.

The first door to the left is the modern shower room, which comprises of a double glass doored shower large enough for a shower seat if required . There is also a well placed toilet and sink all decorated in easy to clean white tiling.

The next door along leads to the Double bedroom with windows that look out to the little private balcony area. This room has been decorated in light grey and has fitted wardrobes to help with needing less bedroom furniture.

The last door in the hallway leads to the living room and kitchen. The living room is a very good size with all the plugs and aerial connections conveniently placed on one wall so placing other furnishes is easy to arrange. In this room there is the door that leads to the private balcony which will look good with a couple of home potted plants and a little table with chairs.

The Kitchen leads off of the living room and comprises of a cooker and two ringed hob plus extractor fan. There is a place allocated for a tall fridge freezer and has plenty of units and cupboards for food storage and cutlery. in the room there is a lovely full length window which looks directly at Augusta Gardens.

Homepine house has a laundry room on the first floor for residents too use for their convenience.

Homepine House has an age requirement of 55 years of age and over. They have emergency call units in each apartment and have staff on call at all times. With the fact the building has one of the best community rooms and entertaining team there is opportunities to mix with other residents or just enjoy time on your own.

Set in front of the Clifton Gardens which residents can use at their leisure and a short walk to The Leas over looking the sea this property is the perfect location for anyone who wants to enjoy time by the sea whilst being close to all the local restaurants and bars for that all year round holiday feeling.
