"This lovely cosy warm and inviting home has all the charm that you would expect having been owned for many years by a caring family. A lot of time and effort over the years has gone into upgrading, modernising and caring for this property.

It is not a 'do up to sell' which many of you would have seen. From the fabulous bathroom with its roll top bath and shower cubicle to the stunning period fireplaces and stripped floors, it just oozes charm. For those who enjoy entertaining and cooking for guests then the well fitted 14 x 8 kitchen will allow this to happen and you can just close off the washing up at the end of the evening. This is another thing this house really has got right, the kitchen already has plenty of storage because the benefit of an additional utility room takes away the problem of where to put the washing machine etc.

Talking about storage, the addition of the cellar is ideal for those who enjoy keeping their wine cool and stored or somewhere purely to work on arts and crafts or the like.

If you are a family looking for more space then the balance of this home is excellent for a family and the fact that there are 2 bathrooms means there is no waiting in the mornings or alternatively you could just convert it back to 5 bedrooms.

The home has gas central heating and double glazing.

What the Owner says:

We’ve settled here over the years and we’ve grown to like the area more and more. The reason we picked this home is because it’s such a good size and you get a lot for your money as far as space is concerned. The convenience of being able to walk up the road to the park and in the other direction, the pretty harbour and seafront has been great for our growing family. You can hop on a train to London which takes approximately 60 minutes and you can drive to Lakeside and Bluewater which takes up to 40 minutes.

Now the home is simply too big for the family we have left.
