"Our client has lived in this home for over 20 years and within the last couple they have had lots of upgrades and modernisation and this is apparent when you walk in. It’s clean, fresh and bright. The improvements are double glazing throughout, modern fitted kitchen and built in wardrobes to the main bedroom. The carpets and décor is as new. The bathroom has been altered and whilst the plumbing is still in place for a bath, a large walk in shower cubicle has been installed and the rest of the bathroom has been upgraded.
You can imagine strolling out on a summer’s day and enjoying the low maintenance rear garden and if you wanted to extend the size of the home then a conservatory to the rear would quite comfortably suit without taking away your garden space. To the front there is a driveway which has been has been paved for low maintenance with plenty of scope for additional parking. Ideal if you have a couple of vehicles, a boat or a caravan. There is gas to the property which heats the home by way of warm air ducting. You can’t help but feel warm comfortable and cosy. One feature that is striking about the bungalow is how light and bright the interior is. The bungalow is on a fairly level plot so you don’t have lots of steps and steep driveways to walk up. Nearby there is bus route into Folkestone town to the centre and easy access to the M20 motorway and train station.
