"In our opinion this would make a good investment for rental because of its location, or a great buy for a first time buyer or an upgrade where you get a good property which allows you to improve and put your own mark on it. You will see from the floorplan that the home offers an enormous amount of space for this price range and the work shop to the rear, if you are into DIY, would allow you to store tools and equipment. The home is double glazed with gas central heating. Not only do you have two receptions rooms but also a 15'5 kitchen/breakfast room, separate utility room and cloakroom and surprisingly a 10'3 x 7'10 bathroom on the first floor which is quite rare for a property of this age. There is scope to knock through the bathroom into the separate wc which would give an overall area of 15'5 x 7'10. There certainly is plenty of scope for the new owner to really enhance and put their mark on this property. A great spot to be able to walk down to the pretty harbour and town centre, great for commuters because of the fast train links to London along with M20 motorway access.

When we moved here we were looking for plenty of space for our family and forthcoming grandchildren to come and visit. My husband enjoyed DIY and different hobbies so having the scope to put a work shop in the back garden was ideal. It must be very hard for people to find a good size family home nowadays because a lot have been converted into flats. I hope the new owner will really enjoy making what has been a lovely family home their own. My youngsters loved being able to walk to the seafront on a summer's day and still visit now so they can enjoy everything the area has to offer.
