"The view from the garden in Fenner Close is not your average view. In fact, it’s hard to envisage such a view when you turn into the road. This initially appears to be a traditional Enbrook Valley home but you realise the difference as soon as you step inside.
Size matters when you’re looking for a family home. No one wants small rooms, the bigger the better and this won’t disappoint. You step into the lounge from the entrance hall and straight away you find yourself looking through to the back, past the dining area to the sun room, a great addition and useable all year round. The open style is great for a family, too many small rooms means too many doors, this layout allows flexibility and space without getting under each other’s feet.
The kitchen is of a good size but is more about sensible design and aspect. Good work surface and cupboard space is vital but the most stunning aspect of the room is the view. You’ll save a fortune on appliances – you’ll never use the dishwasher again once you find happiness in washing up plates whilst gazing at the shimmering horizon.
The ground floor also has the all important cloakroom

(a must have in a family home) and bedroom 5 is a converted space which was once the garage but it doesn’t feel a conversion.
The first floor has the bathroom and main four bedrooms of the property. The master bedroom enjoying the views across the roofs and chimney pots of Sandgate over to France.

What the Owner says:

We love it here, it's a really big house in a great area, with the most amazing views you could imagine. I knew I wanted this house from the moment I saw it. I was viewing one lower down in the valley and I saw this from the back. I could only imagine what the view would be like and when I saw it I was stunned. It changes every day. Its a wonderful backdrop for entertaining and we love watching a storm over the sea is just magical.
We have done lots of work on the house and we've really enjoyed the addition of the sun room at the back. It's another space and it works well in joining the downstairs rooms to the garden. It's been a joy to live here. It's been a wonderful home for our family and we will miss it terribly.
