"Folkestone was born of the sea. Without it this would not be the vibrant cosmopolitan town that it is today. There would not be the history , the influence on it's architecture and design or the desire that people have to come here and feel reborn in the sound of its waves and the freshness of its air. So to experience the town is to be near the sea. The west end, perched atop of Folkestone’s cliff face is one of the premier locations within the town, and this is where we find ourselves today, standing outside a magnificent Victorian crescent gazing into the blue.
Stepping into the apartment you will be impressed by it’s size. Being of Victorian construction you can’t help but be amazed by its ceiling heights, measured at 11’2, and in proportion to the room sizes. The main 3 rooms have excellent dimensions, the lounge manages to dwarf anything you can put in it, be it sofas or a dining suite. It’s enormous and light with the view of the sea to one side.
The lounge size is duplicated to the rear in what would be the main bedroom, however the addition of a large cupboard cuts into the space. It doesn’t take anything away from the magnitude of the room and is a sensible and practical addition to the apartment.
There is a modern kitchen at the rear of the apartment, and a separate w.c and bathroom to its side. The final room is currently used as the main bedroom to take advantage of its corner sun trap window and enjoy its elevated position allowing you to drift of into dreams of the sea.

What the Owner says:

I've always loved the west end, it's an area of great architecture and fantastic views. The apartment has been in my family for several years, and has been enjoyed as holiday accomodation and also to live in for short periods of time. These days we don't get to enjoy the property as much as we should so it's time for someone else to enjoy it - I'm sure they will, it's a lovely place to be and it's full of happy memories.
