We are pleased to offer for sale this 1930's semi detached family home, which has been bought to the market for the first time in 25 years. Located in a sought after location of Folkestone, and less than 1/2 a mile from Folkestone Central train station which has the high speed rail link to central london in under one hour.

To the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a study/bedroom 4 along with a bathroom to include a four piece bathroom suite. To the ground floor you will be greeted by a good sized entrance porch and a solid wooden door to the entrance hall with doors to the lounge/diner, overlooking the secluded rear garden.
