"Wow! That's all we could say when we walked in. This place really does have the X Factor with the perfect blend of period features and a contemporary bright interior finish. Ceilings 11ft high emphasise the feeling of space and grandeur and this coupled with a well thought out internal layout make this the ideal apartment for first time buyers, investors and those looking to downsize or for something closer to the town.

There is an old saying, location, location, location. This rings true here with the town centre literally just around the corner. You will enjoy fabulous walks along the nearby Leas cliffs affording unbeatable views across The English Channel or, if you are looking to commute a short stroll will get you to Folkestone Central rail station where the fast link to London takes only one hour.

Unlike many similar flats locally there is a real plus in the residents' only parking area off the road to the rear. There is nothing more frustrating than struggling to park after a long hard day in the office but here your only concern will be what you are having for dinner.

When we first walked into here the lounge immediately sold it to us. Our first thought was "Lets get a massive sofa!" Having moved from Canterbury where everything is so accessible we wanted a convenient location and this has been ideal with Tesco only 30 seconds away.

Since we have been here we have redecorated, including the back breaking painting of the ceiling, and little touches elsewhere have made it feel really homely. The only reason we are leaving is that we have had a fantastic opportunity to buy the house of our dreams from a relative. If it wasn't for this we would probably stay here.
