"A superb example of a period conversion apartment located in Folkestone's most desirable location, the West End. If you are looking for something exclusive but haven't got an endless budget your search stops here. This upper ground floor apartment benefits from all that is stereotypical of buildings from this era - high ceilings, sash windows and light and airy rooms. This is coupled with a high quality interior finish which strikes you as soon as you walk through the front door.

The well planned layout sets this home apart compared to other local flats and rarely will you find the combination of an incredibly generous lounge/diner with a kitchen large enough to host a dinner party.

If you are a commuter you can stroll down the picturesque tree lined boulevards in the West End to Folkestone Central station where a train to St Pancras is only a one hour journey. Alternatively, the motorway is only a short drive away. On your days off walk take a stroll along the Leas cliffs and admire the superb views of the English Channel or perhaps walk into the town to get your odds and ends. Only really appreciated when viewed so why not come along.

What the Owner says:

"We viewed quite a few flats before deciding this would be our home. We found it to be somewhat brighter and more spacious than others - some of which didn't even have windows in all rooms! The gardens we overlook are pretty too. Other places we saw overlooked outside space which wasn't maintained well. Since we have been here we have installed new central heating, redecorated and laid oak flooring through the hall and lounge. We will miss a lot about living here, the great location and the size. We've got great neighbours too, so much so we exchange presents at Christmas."
