"Situation The property is situated on the edge of the historical market town of Faversham, and is within easy walking distance of the town. The pretty town has a good range of shops with a sports centre and railway station. There are regular trains to London (St Pancras 70 minutes) from the town. There is good access for the M2/A2 road networks with the Cathedral City of Canterbury 6 miles distant and the Channel Tunnel 14 miles to the south. Ashford is 10 miles to the south with the international station in the town offering rail services to mainland Europe. Description This is an excellent house on a small and quiet development on the outskirts of the town. The property was originally the show home and has good quality fittings with pretty plain colours throughout the house and is offered unfurnished. A particular feature of the property is the garden which has been cleverly landscaped to offer an attractive, relaxing seating area.
