"This house it right on the borders of Barnehurst/Bexleyheath, when I say the borders I mean virtually on the borders. This is a very centralised location for many reasons; the shopping parade in Northumberland Heath is just a short walk away and so are the shops in Barnehurst. Barnehurst may be a more viable option because the train station is also there so on the way home from work you have the choice of a few convenience stores and also they may be building a Sainsburys Local Store there, so even more choices for you.

Inside the house the pleasures continue, the lounge is completely separate and not open plan to anything. The kitchen/diner is a great size measuring over 16ft so it is large enough for a decent sized dining table. The conservatory is off the kitchen so I believe this would be a great place to entertain in as you can always be close to your guests.

Upstairs all the bedrooms are separate and the bathroom is also up there. The garden is delightful, with the feeling of peace and quiet attached. You can park your own car on the front driveway, which is ideal, so no need to fight for a space on the road.

We have been here for approximately 12 years now, we had always been local and wanted to stay local. The price of the house really attracted us because it was ever so effective; we looked at it and knew it had potential. We saw others locally but much preferred this; it just had that feeling about it.

Since then we have changed the windows, the carpets, the kitchen twice actually in recent years, the bathroom, the doors, the driveway, you name it, we’ve probably done it.

We will miss our large kitchen/diner however we are relocating to another part of the country and wish whoever buys our home all the happiness.
