"Angela has lived in this home for 23 years and originally bought it as a 3 bedroom house but has since converted one bedroom to a shower room. This is ideal for anyone who doesn't want any queues in the morning as it also has a bathroom but can easily be turned back into 3 bedrooms if required.

The kitchen was replaced about 3 years ago, and being a great size, think it would be ideal for anyone who like to socialise in the kitchen with friends and family.

Being the house is an end terraced the garden size is also wider than most properties and has been beautifully landscaped so anyone can sit out on the patio soaking up those sun rays and enjoy looking out on to the garden or watching the children in the safe knowledge that it is secure with gated access.

Priory Hill is only a few minutes walk into the hub of town and there are also steps nearby leading down to Dover Priory railway station, which is great for any commuters and for anyone who doesn't want to have to rely on having their own transport.

The house is double glazed and has gas central heating and we feel that anyone can move straight in without having to do work in advance which is great for anyone who doesn't have much time on their hands.

As soon as I saw the house I thought it had instant appeal as it looked like a solidly built house and I knew the area to be good.

I have raised my family here and will miss all the space and the size of the garden which is filled with memories of having family gatherings as everyone would always normally embark upon us.

The fact that local schools were easy to get to was a real plus as I didn't have to rely on driving the children to school as they would often walk to school themselves.

I will also miss the neighbours but I am only moving as I don't need all the space anymore and already have a flat to move into.
