"This house is being offered for sale for the first time in approximately 70 years as the owners loved it so much they never moved.

The home is neutrally decorated throughout but does require some modernisation and would make an ideal first time purchase or investment. In recent years a modern boiler and double glazing have been installed and a rear extension has been added, which provides a fantastic size wet room.

With 2 reception rooms the house offers more than enough space for the whole family to live in where you can sit and enjoy family dinners together but can also retire to the lounge afterwards and enjoy watching everyone’s favourite TV programmes.

Upstairs you will find the family bathroom as well as 2 bedrooms, but the bathroom could easily be transformed to a 3rd bedroom subject to the necessary planning consents be obtainable.

Due to its position in the popular Oswald Road there are a variety of local schools close by and is also within walking distance to local shops.

So whether you are a looking for a first time buy or that next property to add to your buy to let portfolio add this one to your viewing list.

What the Owner says:

This property will always hold a special place in our hearts as it has been our family home since birth. My family never felt the need to move as they simply loved the fact that it offered enough space for all of us but also shops and schools were only a short walk away.

We have had many happy family parties here, not least a wedding reception, and there has always been plenty of space.
