"What a view! This three bedroom family home is positioned on a quiet road enjoying fantastic views to the front across Dover and towards the sea and it was these views that proved the deciding factor when the current owner bought this property.

Napier Road, alongside neighbouring Hobart Crescent, forms part of a cul-de-sac and its one of those road you only really go down when you live there.

There are local schools and amenities close by with both Dover and Whitfield a short distance away and this means that both the A2 and A20 are within easy reach.

The property has been modernised throughout to include a fitted kitchen and bathroom suite and neutral colour decor. A cloakroom has been added to the first floor which is accessible from bedrooms 1 & 2. 17 years ago this property was my first time purchase and quite simply it was the views that sold it to me. On my first viewing I didn't even look round the whole property as the views just blew me away. Thinking back, it was never my intention to stay here for long but I loved it so much that I have been here ever since. I have done a lot of work and one aspect I love is the room sizes. It has also been a safe environment in which to raise my daughter. Surprisingly also parking has never been a problem and at times we have had 2 or 3 cars parked outside and never had any issues parking close by. I hope whoever buys the property enjoys it as much as I have.
