"If you are looking for a home where you can move straight in and put your feet up then book an appointment to view this spacious 2 bedroom house today.

The house is beautifully decorated throughout and allows a blank canvass in which to add your own furniture and style the home to make it your own. Unlike most of the houses in this road the staircase has been moved to the side to create a lovely size lounge/diner which is great for entertaining your family and friends.
There is a lovely modern kitchen where you can try out those new recipes on your dinner guests and also has a handy utility room which is useful to keep your white goods or be used as a laundry room to keep your washing out of site in the winter months.

The house has a good size rear garden, ideal for enjoying many summer BBQ's and watching the children kicking a ball around while you sit out and relax. Being part of a large cul-de-sac means you don't get any through traffic which adds to the peaceful surroundings.

The house is in a great part of Dover with good road and bus links into town making the commute to work really easy. There are also a variety of local schools within walking distance which means you don't have to take the car when taking the kids to school.

What the Owner says:

When I first walked into this house I instantly knew it was the one for me as it was decorated really well which was perfect for me.

Since I have moved in I have redecorated the house and have installed a new bathroom and flooring and storage areas which I think have added extra to the house.

What is useful is that the house is close to my family and work which made my life very easy.

I know any new buyer will enjoy my home as much as I have but I'm starting a new chapter in my life and feel it is the right time to move on.
