"This home can quite simply be described as a haven, nestling within the much sought after area of Danes Court, you can appreciate the peace and tranquillity that it offers. The current owners have completely modernised and up-dated the property to include installing central heating and boiler, re-decorating throughout and landscaping the gardens.

There is no shortage of space as the lounge/diner is approximately 30’ and has double glazed doors leading out to the garden as well as a triple aspect windows in the lounge, which makes a lovely area to sit and enjoy the views from the comfort of the sofa. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite cloakroom.

The bungalow has a sizeable loft room which has 2 Velux windows, power and light and is completely boarded with eaves storage areas. Subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents, we feel this could provide an additional bedroom.

The bungalow has gardens on all sides which have been sympathetically landscaped and provides a beautiful and peaceful area to sit and enjoy the views. There is a wooden gazebo area, which on a summer's day provides welcome shade and you can really appreciate how quiet this area is. There is also outside power and lights so would provide an ideal space for entertaining family and friends.

Since we have owned this bungalow we have quite simply “torn the place apart” and really made it our home. Whoever buys it will have the luxury of moving in and putting their feet up and enjoy living here.

We love to sit in the lounge and enjoy the views and we honestly believe there is not many properties in the local area that offer as much as this.

It has space to house our motor home on the driveway, as well as additional parking for other vehicles.

We love the garden and spend a lot of time in the gazebo with family and friends enjoying the views with a glass of wine.
