"The current vendors have lived in River for a number of years and were initially drawn to this property because of the potential for extending as well as it having a large rear garden which backed onto woodland.

The vendors have enjoyed living in this quiet residential cul-de-sac and are simply moving as they no longer need a large rear garden. Since the vendors occupation they have extensively modernised and extended this fine home to include, in our opinion, good size living accommodation, which boasts a fabulous modern fitted kitchen. We feel the property is well presented throughout and to the lounge there is a stunning feature log burner to remain. The property also has further potential to extend into the loft subject to any necessary consents being obtained.

To the rear of the property there is a vaulted conservatory overlooking the garden and the woodland views beyond and far reaching views to the side.

The property boasts three good size bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite, a stunning bathroom with claw footed bath plus there is a loft room.

We feel this would make an ideal family home or even for a couple who want good size living accommodation. We feel that it would certainly warrant an internal viewing to fully appreciate all it has to offer.

When I bought this house it felt like I was going back home as I grew up in the house next door and the garden really did it for my husband. Also we liked the fact that it had loads of room for extending, which we have done.
We are really going to miss the people we have met and the friends we have made in the road. We will especially miss our neighbours, who have now and again dropped in a home made cake for our family.
