"Situated in River, one of the most popular parts of Dover, with fantastic views to the front is this spacious open plan 4 bedroom detached house. The property has a real warm and homely feel. This has been one of the major factors why the currents owners have lived here for 40 years. They have many happy memories here, not least raising their 4 children and enjoying many family occasions here.

Close to local schools and amenities this property really would suit a family with a large terraced garden to the rear offering plenty of scope for games of hide and seek. There is a garage and driveway and a front patio, from which there are views across River and additional BBQ space.

The kitchen is modern with fitted units and appliances. All the rooms are spacious and well presented and you will rarely find such an ideal family home in such a popular location.

Unbelievably it was 40 years ago when we first viewed this property and we were instantly struck by the character and potential for the changes we could make to make it into the perfect family home. We have been extremely happy here raising our family. Its always been a very quiet area and very conveniently situated for the school. The changes we made over the years have been with a view to improving the space and storage for the property which has resulted in the lovely open plan living area where we were able to entertain 15 of our family last Easter. Its time for us to move on to our next home in Brighton but we hope very much that another family will be as happy here as we have been.
