"New to the marketplace and available exclusively via Jenkinson Estates is this period home situated within a short stroll of the famous Conservation area, far reaching promenade, seafront and vibrant town centre of Deal. This property is in need of modernisation and updating throughout but does offer the chance to create a property that once completed would be a very nice place to live. The accommodation currently comprises of two reception rooms to the ground floor, both in excess of 11ft. The dining room to the rear opens onto the gardens and also has the staircase that leads to the first floor. The kitchen also leads on from the dining room and this then in turn accesses the ground floor shower room.
