"This home really is crying out for a new family to move in and make the most of all it has to offer. There really is plenty of room for the kids to play in the open plan lounge/diner, a room that you can really see being used for parties, Christmas and other special get-togethers. Catering for those special events will be no problem. This home is extended and that makes the kitchen a really good size, with plenty of work surfaces to create that special meal. A family home without an additional toilet is really missing something so you will not be disappointed here, as long waits for the bathroom are a thing of the past. Deal is a fantastic place to live but parking, like many places these days can be a problem - here though you have off street parking right outside, so, no more worries about finding a space close-by when you are loaded with shopping and its is pouring with rain!
Deal itself is an ever changing place - Take time to wander around the famous conservation area, perhaps have a coffee and cake at one of the many coffee shops then walk off all those unwanted calories along the fantastic beach, perfect to blow away all those cobwebs, you can just smell the sea air! of course nowadays, Deal is only about 90 mins from London, thanks to the high speed rail link, working in London or even more importantly having fun in London is now a real possibility while still keeping your 'sea-side living' a reality.

What the Owner says:

Having lived abroad we haven't lived here for a while now. The rental market has proved pretty popular so this home could offer a good investment opportunity to someone as well as a great chance to get a good sized house for a realistic price.

When we move back to the UK it will not be to the South East so now is the time to sell but we will really miss living in Deal, it is such a lovely place to be!
