"When Mr & Mrs Ephgrave moved into Deal, they were mindful that they needed enough space to put the family up when they were down to stay and as soon as they walked into the house, they immediately knew it was the one for them.

Since the owners bought the house, 10 years ago, they have replaced the double glazed windows, of which some are under guarantee, and they had a new boiler installed in 2010.

The kitchen/diner was modernised 2 years ago and provides a fantastic size room in which to feed the family. It also has the added convenience of a breakfast bar for those meals on the go but room enough to fit a table and chairs to sit at with friends and family and chat over a cup of coffee.

The driveway is a recent addition to the house and given it is on a corner plot, it offers a decent size side garden which is full of mature shrubbery and even has possibilities of extension subject to the necessary consents being obtained. The owners have also re-plastered the ground floor and have had the property rewired since owning it, so it really is a great house to move into but anyone can make it their own by redecorating and accessorising with their own furniture.

It just felt like home as soon as we walked in, despite the fact that it needed work which has now been done.
It is lovely to be able to walk to the local co-op and butchers and even the 2 pubs nearby.

The bus service to town is just round the corner and it is a good distance from schools.

I am only moving now to be nearer to my family.
