"A traditional 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom detached home. This spacious property is in good condition and is only 1.7 miles from Walmer Train Station. The property benefits from accommodation comprising: 4 Bedrooms, Bathroom, En-suite, Conservatory, Lounge, Dining Area, Kitchen, with both a garage and driveway for parking.

Kingsdown is a quaint coastal village, rich in history. It still boasts a post office, shop and hair salon, along with a local butcher and grocer. These are within easy walking distance of the house.

The coastal cycle and walking paths are immediate and the pebbly beach can be reached in a few minutes by foot. Kingsdown has an active Conservation group and a gardening society, along with a free local magazine to keep residents informed of all local events. Kingsdown has plans to become self sustaining and to increase biodiversity in the area. The bird observatory at Sandwich is a short drive away. Two good golf courses are also near by, one in Kingsdown itself. This location would also be ideal for a quick commute to the city by the fast train from Walmer just five minutes away by car. The town of Deal can be reached by cycle path easily or by car within ten minutes.

The house has sea views from the integral balcony, and it looks over a third of an acre of land that has been carefully managed for wild life by the current owners. It has resident toads, frogs, newts, many nesting birds, visiting foxes and butterflies.
