"The current owners have lived happily in the property for nearly 30 years. During their time here they have enjoyed the semi rural life the village of Hawley brings. Surrounded by beautiful farmland and positioned in a quiet residential road, this is great for anyone looking for a relaxing lifestyle and if schools are important to you are in the catchment area of the best schools in the area, which are Dartford and Wilmington Grammar schools.

The bungalow has had a complete overhaul from top to bottom by the current owners.

Both of the double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, the bathroom has been updated and totally renovated in addition the kitchen has been totally ripped out and replaced with a modern fitted kitchen with built-in appliances.

The driveway has been re-laid making it more accessible to the garage giving you parking for at least 3 cars.

With so much more to list that the current owners have done to update the property that anyone looking to buy this home can do so without the worries of any DIY but knowing the property still offers potential to extend into the loft, giving you more rooms if needed.

What the Owner says:

There are lots of reasons why this has been a fantastic home and why we have chosen to live here for nearly 30 years. The location is so convenient for travelling to my work and with the M25/M20 only a 10 minute drive away. We absolutely love Hawley Village because it is very beautiful and surrounded by farmland. It has a good mix of families, young people and a great feeling of community spirit. Very recently we have made a lot of improvements such as removing an old extension and turning it into a patio area, replastering and decorating through. Also had a new kitchen fitted so much so we have nearly updated everything and hope the new owners will be as happy as we have living here.
