"If you are a First Time Buyer then you are currently exempt from the stamp duty which will therefore save you a small fortune, so a great reason to buy this house. Within a mile radius you can find Crayford Train Station and from there you have a high speed link into Central London, so a brisk walk to and from the station will also keep you fit and active.

Also in the Town Centre is the country’s largest supermarket in Sainsbury’s, so a loaf of bread or even a pint of milk are always nearby.

Downstairs in the property is a light and airy lounge which is at the front and has direct access to a wonderfully sized 18ft kitchen/diner. A great kitchen to entertain guests in if you ask me.

Upstairs are 3 separate bedrooms and all of a fine size with the smallest being a generous 8ft 5’ x 8ft 3’. So not a pokey box room whatsoever. There is also a bathroom on the first floor so no need to get up and go to the loo at 2am in the morning if you need to because it’s upstairs close to the bedrooms.

If you have children and education is important then do not worry because Haberdashers’ Aske’s school academy is new and just around the corner and it has a fantastic reputation in Britain. So, therefore, a good education is there for your children if you require it.

What the Owner says:

We’ve lived at our property for about 5 years and initially decided on the area because of all our family were local and we are only moving now as we want to move further into Kent and being a bit more rural. Throughout our time we have redecorated and even done the driveway and that was a small fortune doing that. But now we can fit 2 cars off the road quite easily and more importantly safely. We believe our property’s selling points are the facts that it’s a great size upstairs and downstairs. The bedrooms are not small and the lounge is quite open and just look at my kitchen/diner. I wish whoever buys my property all the happiness in the world.
