"Be tucked away in this lovely cul-de-sac which is on top of the high street, yet far enough away from all the noise. So if you forget your groceries at the local Sainsburys, just a short walk away will get you your dozen eggs or the milk that you forgot to buy. The train station is also just a short distance away, it is within half a mile radius, so if you work up London an extra mile of exercise a day to and from the station will do you good. If you are considering schools for your young ones, then this is a great catchment location for the new and local Haberdashers Askes Academy which is on Iron Mill Lane.

Internally, on the ground floor there is a lounge which is open to the dining room giving extra space and light throughout, the current owners have even put an archway leading into the kitchen from the dining room. The space downstairs is very generous. Upstairs there are three separate bedrooms, two of them are doubles and one is a single room. The third room could even be used as an office. The bathroom is also upstairs.

I bought my home seven years ago, it was local to my family and that was great, there was many other houses available but this just felt comfortable. The layout was good and having the extension downstairs gave me the extra space that I wanted, the separate eating space was ideal. It is a very quiet cul-de-sac with lovely neighbours. I have spent a fortune in the rear garden and that is my pride and joy as you will notice, new fences, new lawn, new decking, you name it, I did it!
