"THE PROPERTY: Located within a cul-de-sac in the semi rural village of Darenth is this modern style 3 bed family home. The current owner tells us that he was impressed firstly by the location which he found to be very quiet and very well positioned for access to the motorway network plus facilities including Bluewater and Farningham Road train station, both within approximately 2.5 miles. The vendor tells us that he was also impressed with the size of the rooms and particular the rear garden which he says is very private and, in our opinion, is a key selling feature to the property. The house also benefits from an en-suite and a downstairs wc.
