A semi detached three bedroom family home central to the village and within easy reach of the primary school. Front and back garden. The accommodation offers a modern fitted kitchen with separate utility room and WC. Living room with open fireplace and adjoining sunny conservatory.  Lots of boarded loft space. 2 large doubles and one single bedroom. Family bathroom with both bath and shower and WC. The rear garden has a large insulated studio/workshop with electricity. Ample parking. CSCA.

House available to professionals only. We will require a guarantor, deposit (2 months into government deposit scheme) and one months rent in advance.

This was our family home for 6 years and we loved being part of the village. We still live close by and are on hand to deal with any issues. The village has an amazing pub, well stocked shop and Ofsted good rated primary school. We are a few minutes car drive from Cranbrook and all it's amenities. We have often walked to Cranbrook across the fields and also to Sissinghurst Castle through the orchards and bluebell woods.  It really is a stunning place to live. Oh and the neighbours are lovely!
