"Description    This spacious four bedroom detached family home is located in a rural setting in Iden Green, Benenden and is within the Cranbrook School catchment area. The accommodation offers a spacious entrance hallway with cloakroom and a study, an 18ft L shaped lounge/dining room which has double french doors leading onto the rear garden and a kitchen with an adjoining utility room. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, and a family bathroom with the main bedroom benefitting from an ensuite shower room. The property has a drive with parking for several vehicles, double garage, double glazing throughout and oil fired central heating. There is a possibility for a replacement garage with a pitched roof and a room over to be added, the current vendor has received planning permission for this which has only recently lapsed.

Outside    The front garden is mainly laid to lawn with well established trees, shrubs and flowers. There are steps down from the rear garden to rear road access.

Situation    Iden Green in a peaceful, pretty Kent village near Benenden. Benenden offers a convenience store and bus routes into larger towns locally such as Cranbrook, Tenterden, Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone.
