We completed this build in 2007. We were looking for a project as our family were in the building trade and was something we really wanted to do and were lucky enough to snap up this plot of land.
An architect designed the layout of this property for us. One of the main criteria being that it had a really good size family orientated space and the lower level can be converted to an annex to make a private space for a teenager or elderly relative.
What a fantastic family home and amazing party house especially with games room and bar downstairs.
Location is great providing easy access to Tunbury School and motorways.
The reason we are selling is that we want to do it all over again!
