"A lovely bright sunny house, one of the first things I noticed on entering the property.
With wood effect laminate flooring the lounge faces the front and the sun beams through and there is an electric fire and wooden mantle as the focal point.
To the rear is a sociable kitchen/dining area, perfect for families or somewhere you can have a cup of tea with your friends and catch up.
It is a modern kitchen with a stainless steel oven and hob and a six ring hob burner.
With two doubles and one single bedroom all with a light and airy space and a bathroom with a shower over the bath so you have the best of both.
The garden is perfect for entertaining with decking areas, not being overlooked and with a great barbecue party area, there is also a shed to remain.
Most people who move to this location would be because the properties were built in the 60's and therefore have really good size family space and yet are within walking distance to the Tunbury School and Walderslade Village.
Also, being in a quiet cul de sac so is safer for children as no speeding traffic.
There are some really nice walks into the woods where the current owners take their dog and they are close to the bus routes for the children. There is also a nice walk to the local pub.

We wanted a property in the Woods but found that a lot of the property in that area were quite small as they were modern. We snapped this particular property up as it was a bit older and had better sized rooms for our family of 5.
We wanted to be near the village and within walking distance and close to the Tunbury School.
This area had an excellent reputation and the property had a good size garden to accommodate our children.
We replaced the boiler in 2011, had the guttering, upvc fascias and soffits done, repainted the front, replastered the walls in the kitchen and redecorated throughout.
We've also upgraded the garden, levelling the top area giving an ideal entertainment space.
