"It’s all about the location for this 4 bedroom detached family home. Thrush Close is a quiet cul de sac location situated just off Redwing Road and this particular property is tucked away from passing traffic and other properties with a secluded feel about it.
This property is located with easy access to local schools and all other amenities. It’s an ideal family home for many reasons, as well as location, the property has plenty of parking with a garage and driveway comfortably fitting 3 – 4 vehicles off road.
With a conservatory to the rear of the property giving an extra reception room and is idyllically situated surrounded by the rear garden which again has a feeling of seclusion, an ideal spot to keep an eye on the local wildlife.
There is no chain with this property as the current owners are looking to vacate which means we have the opportunity to guide you through to a fast and speedy exchange and completion.

We were living in Redwing Road at the time and absolutely loved the location so when this property popped up, we snapped it up as we were looking for something bigger and didn’t want to move too far.
We love the conservatory as it gives a light and airy extension to the property and is so private and not overlooked.
We’ve done a lot to the property during the time that we’ve been here and feel we’ve made it low maintenance and we can honestly say that it’s an extremely quiet cul de sac around here and we have excellent retired neighbours.
It’s a superb place to live for access to all amenities and genuinely have loved living here.
