"Space alert! If it's a family home you're looking for with more room than you could ever need to provide for your growing family then look no further.
The 2 separate receptions allows the opportunity to have both eating and relaxing areas and the separate re fitted kitchen behind it's own door is fantastic for leaving the aromas of cooking in one place whilst serving and enjoying a lovely meal in the separate dining room.
With winter approaching, the open fire in the lounge will be an asset. How nice it would be to come home and wind down after a long days work by basking in the warmth and atmosphere of burning logs and a glass of wine before dinner.
The upstairs has 4 good size rooms providing ideal space for a family with 2 or 3 children and this home has been very well loved and cared for over the years.
This particular home has a garage with either a workshop space for 'do it yourself' lovers next to it, so no need to build a big shed in the garden, or if you are a car fanatic then the space can just double up as further garage space.

We chose this house because of its position, on the outskirts of the estate with the views over the valley plus the south facing garden.
This house has been fantastic for us because the school is within walking distance and Morrisons is on the doorstep which has been extremely handy at times.
Our neighbours are really lovely which is priceless because not being able to choose your neighbours we've been really lucky and this has made our stay even more pleasurable.
We've spent a lot of time, effort and money on our home so we hope you will appreciate what we've done.
Our kids have flown the nest and we are moving to be a lot closer to them and our grandchildren.
