"THE PROPERTY: Price Range: £150,000 - £170,000. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Impressive, well maintained, well presented. These are just some of the ways to describe this modern mid terrace property, in our opinion. This property is well presented throughout which provides the added benefit of any potential purchaser wanting to move in and not having to 'lift a finger', certainly in our opinion. "We were attracted to this property because of it's location, how modern it is, the parking, the fact it's got an entrance hall and it felt like home as soon as we entered through the front door" said the Vendors. They went on to say "The cul de sac position certainly creates a quiet and friendly neighbourhood". The owners have made a few changes since living there in order to enhance the appearance of the property which include landscaping the rear garden to a very high standard, in our opinion, and ultimately redecorated throughout. The property boasts entrance hall, modern fitted kitchen and bathroom, lounge/diner, allocated parking for two cars and more. Located approximately 2 ½ miles from the Chatham Town Centre where you can access mainline links into London and the coastal Towns which would be an added benefit for regular commuters.
