Also a huge plus point for a first time buyer is that there is no money to spend on the property as the kitchen and bathroom has been re fitted and it’s been re decorated throughout.

Also saving you money, there’s built in wardrobes in the bedroom and this property is double glazed and centrally heated throughout, a lovely little home waiting for you to put your own stamp on it.

Being situated in a quiet cul-de-sac the property has no real passing traffic and this road is very well maintained and there is the additional benefit of a small ground rent charge which means your area is well maintained and always looking nice.

When I was looking to buy a property 7 years ago I was limited with the price I had available and most of the properties I was viewing then were flats.
I was so pleased when a house came up in a similar price range as the flats around and absolutely jumped at the chance of my first property to be a house.
I was really surprised that the bedroom was such a good size and spacious and loved the quiet cul-de-sac location.
It is so easy to park at the front of the property with a driveway and a huge plus point to be able to park right outside the front door.
I’ve redecorated throughout and added a new bathroom suite and feel I’m offering my property for sale in very good modern condition.
