"If you are a first time buyer looking for a property to stay in for sometime, we strongly recommend this two bedroom home. Larger than you average two bedroom homes in this area the property has a good size lounge/diner to the front with a quirky spiral staircase leading to the first floor. The kitchen/diner has a double glazed door leading out to the rear garden, has plumbing for a dishwasher and a washing machine. The upstairs of the property boasts two bedrooms and bedroom two has built in wardrobes. This property has been redecorated throughout and offers modern living accommodation. The Vendors of this property would be able to vacate if the potential purchaser required them to do so to achieve a fast exchange and completion.

What the Owner says:

We bought this property as we were living in Maidstone at the time but for our first home we couldn’t afford the prices Maidstone was achieving and as Walderslade is the next closest town we opted for this area as there was still quick access to the Maidstone area. This property offered excellent value for money and required a bit of updating but was affordable for us. Of the two bedroom houses we viewed, this was the largest and the only one with a garage and off road parking. Since living here we realised how central we are, within easy access to shops and motorways. Where the property is situated, there are nice views and it is easy to park.
