This property has an independent entrance hall with stairs leading up to the first floor and the kitchen has a gas cooker which could remain and a washing machine which is approximately 1 year old which can also stay. The lounge has patio doors leading out to the back garden and the bedroom and bathroom has velux windows which were recently replaced. There are also doors to eaves space for further storage from the bedroom and the rear garden has rear gate access leading out to allocated parking area. There is a bush covering the gate access which the present owner has left for security, however, if a prospective buyer would like it removed he would be happy to accommodate. I moved to this property from Belfast 23 years ago as I got a job as a teacher working in one of the local schools. This property was ideal as it was suitable for one person and easily maintainable. During the 23 years I've been in residence I have been extremely happy and have updated the property over a period of time. I had a new central heating boiler replaced in December 2007. I found this property very economical to run. As I have now retired I'm moving back home to Belfast to be with my friends and family and am happy to hand over this lovely home to another prospective buyer and hope they will be as happy here as I have been.
