"What an opportunity to purchase this self built individual executive home. The property has been built to a well proportioned design offering versatile accommodation and everything you would expect.
The large lounge stretches from front to rear, has double glazed patio doors out to the rear garden, the kitchen/diner is also an excellent size and has integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer as well as a built in oven and hob.
There is a separate utility room, ideal to keep your noisy appliances away from the main part of the house. This houses a boiler which was replaced approximately 2 years ago.
The property also has a separate dining area for more formal occasions and a master bedroom which has an excellent size en suite with a step in shower cubicle.
All the bedrooms are doubles and ideal for a large family so there should be no arguments over whose having which room.
The double garage has an electric up and over door creating convenient parking and a block paved driveway to the front of the property keeping the household free from being blocked in.

What the Owner says:

We bought the property 15 years ago and it was very modern at the time and compared to other estate properties we viewed, all the rooms in this home were of an excellent size.
We loved the area and the quiet cul-de-sac location and our jobs were close by at Lordswood Health Centre so we enjoyed easy access to work and back.
The other big noticeable thing we found when originally looking for a home was the amount of parking this property had to offer. We were surprised how many 4 bedroom homes didn't offer family parking but the houses in this close are able to put their cars off road.
As well as replacing the boiler 2 years ago, we've also replaced the hot water cylinder in March 2010.
