"Have you always dreamed of a self built house? So did the current owners of this substantial four bedroom architecturally designed bungalow and in 1985 they proceeded to build this fantastic family home, taking into account every detail.

There is a large light bright entrance hall with a solid oak floor flowing through. The lounge is a great space with an open fire, ideal for the whole family to congregate around on a cold winters evening.

The kitchen/diner has a real wow factor and is a real sociable area (the hub of the home). This is the place everyone gathers to catch up on their day and enjoy an evening meal looking out on the stunning backdrop of the garden.

All the bedrooms are doubles and the master has a really nice size en-suite with 'his' and 'hers' twin basins and a step in shower.

There is also huge potential with the loft space on offer for further conversion subject to planning permission.

On top of all this the South facing garden is flooded with sunshine and plants and has a lovely deck area with a pergola over, great for entertaining as is not overlooked.

The double garage has a roll top door and has a huge space measuring 26' x 15'. There is so much adaptable space here to suit your own needs, I can't see how it wouldn't tick all your boxes.

What the Owner says:

We were looking to build a perfect family home that would also double as a retirement place, somewhere we could stay a long time and so we have for the last 26 years.

It's been a great place to live, we have lovely neighbours and it's such a nice quiet close.

We brought our family up here and now they've grown up and moved away we've decided to follow them to spend more time with our grandson although we are deeply sad to leave this lovely home.
